Scope of Work
This Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS) details the safe system of work for a professional construction photographer undertaking photographic assignments on active construction sites. The scope includes, but is not limited to, capturing progress shots, completed works, specific installations, and personnel at work, both indoors and outdoors, and potentially at height (e.g., from rooftops or Mobile Elevating Work Platforms - MEWPs).
The photographer's primary objective is to obtain high-quality visual documentation while strictly adhering to all site health and safety regulations, company policies, and relevant UK legislation. This RAMS aims to identify potential hazards, assess associated risks, and implement effective control measures to minimise the likelihood of injury or harm to the photographer, other site personnel, and the public. All work will be carried out in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, and the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015).
