Scope of Work
This RAMS covers the safe execution of glazing activities, including but not limited to:
- Site survey and preparation for glazing works.
- Safe receipt, storage, and handling of glass units, frames, and associated materials.
- Preparation of openings, including cleaning and inspection.
- Installation, removal, or replacement of various types of glass units (e.g., single pane, double-glazed, laminated, toughened) and associated framing systems.
- Application of sealants, gaskets, and beads.
- Use of hand tools, power tools, and specialist glazing equipment.
- Working at height using appropriate access equipment.
