Scope of Work
This Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS) covers the safe installation of various types of ductwork (e.g., galvanised steel, stainless steel, fire-rated, flexible) and associated components (e.g., dampers, grilles, diffusers, insulation) within commercial, industrial, and residential environments. This typically involves working at height within ceiling voids, plant rooms, and open areas, manual handling of duct sections, cutting and joining of materials, and the use of various hand and power tools, as well as lifting equipment. The work will be carried out in accordance with project specifications, approved drawings, and all relevant UK health and safety legislation.
